Booking a consultation:-
We offer free no obligation consultations. If you cancel this with 5 days or more notice a new appointment will be offered to you. Failure to arrive for a booked consultation, or a cancellation with less than 5 days notice, will result in a £50 refundable deposit needed to be able to re-book.
Booking Single treatments or chargeable consultations:-
We take a fully refundable deposit of £50 when booking in for single treatments. This is refunded in full should you need to cancel giving 5 or more days notice and if you attend your appointment and treatment cannot be carried out because there is a medical reason why you cannot have treatment. When you attend your appointment and have treatment the deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. Failure to give the full notice of cancellation (5 days before your appointment), will result in the deposit being taken by the clinic.
Booking treatment for treatment course or package:-
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we kindly ask that you call us no later than 72 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the treatment being redeemed by the clinic.

On the day
Please do not arrive for your appointment any earlier than the stated time. Access to the building may not be available until this time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. JP Skin will endeavor to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss of the value pack treatment or deposit. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.
To secure a treatment appointment with JP Skin a deposit is required.
A deposit of £50 can be paid by bank transfer, cash in person or by credit or debit card in person. The deposit must be paid at least 5 days before treatment otherwise the appointment will be offered to other clients.
For any subsequent individual treatments up to the value of £300 a deposit of £50 will be charged and for any subsequent individual treatments over the value of £300, a deposit of £100 will be charged at the time of booking. Deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future treatments. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity JP Skin reserves the right to withhold the deposit.
These charges will not be applied to clients booking an appointment from their existing treatment course or package of treatment.

Courses of Treatments
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be booked within 24 months from the date of purchase; any treatments left un-booked after 24 months will be forfeited.
Treatment courses and packages are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.
We will always assess whether a treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.
We cannot guarantee the sucess of any treatment, we will always be honest about which treatment is most likely to be successful and will never recommend or carry out a treatment which does not have evidence based success rates.
We offer top up appointments to all filler and anti-wrinkle injections clients. These must be booked and attended between 2 & 4 weeks. Following this time frame any further treatment will be charged at full price.
Follow Up Appointments
Follow up appointments will be offered to some clients at the practitioners discretion. If this appointment is cancelled with 72 hours or more notice a new appointment will be offered to you, this must be booked no more than 14 days following treatment. No show's or cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will result in a £50 deposit required to re-book.
JP Skin will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they provide JP Skin with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. JP Skin will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client's failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, JP Skin regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit JP Skin's liability for death or any personal injury resulting from JP Skin negligence.
